Our office and others that that we work with provide advice and/or represent clients before the California Labor Commissioner's Office, the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Employment Development Department, the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, as well as in State and Federal courts.
Depending on the case, our office may refer the case to another law office or engage in a co-counseling agreement with another law office.
